dropbear software package provides transitional dummy package for dropbear-{run,initramfs}, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dropbear
dropbear is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dropbear package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dropbear *
You will get with dropbear package name, version, architecture and description in a table
